Delhi Metro recorded the highest ever ridership figure of 16,93,488 on 13th June 2011, which surpassed the earlier record set on 14th February, when 16,66,569 people traveled by the Metro. Moreover, DMRC also witnessed the second-highest ridership figures on very next day i.e, Tuesday, 14th June 2011 when a record 16,73,801 people traveled by the Metro.
