A Royal Bhutan Airlines or Druk Airways / DrukAir plane is pushed back from the Paro terminal, in preparation for take-off. It is further pulled by a truck onto the runway. The fortified dzongs or fortresses of Rinpung Dzong and Ta provide a most historical and inspirational backdrop to the airport - more beautiful than any other airport in the world.
