Snapdeal or Snapped deal? Rs. 4 lakh Samsung UHD TV gets delivered cracked, in Ladakh

Imagine our shock when we had a Tempo Traveller leaving for Ladakh at 12 midnight and were waiting for our brand new 65" Curved Samsung UHD 4K TV to arrive from Snapdeal. It did so - at 4 pm! We almost loaded it into the car for the long journey to Ladakh where we were to use it for a Samsung TV commercial. On a whim, we checked the box and opened it - only to find the TV terribly cracked! It seems the boys who unloaded the van with the TV dropped it outside carelessly. We had to return the TV to Snapdeal after a long wrangle and that took many days. But meanwhile, we had a problem at hand - what to send to Ladakh. We ended up buying a very much more expensive TV at the last moment, paying (for the second time!) over 4 lakhs for the same device from a local TV shop in Sarojini Nagar. We en
