Who says money can't buy happiness?? If you're in Delhi in the hot hot summer you can get a glass full of happiness in just one rupee. These water boys can be seen anywhere in Delhi. Just pay two rupees to get a chilled glass of machine water. Some people don't find this hygienic while others find it relieving in the hot summers of Delhi. It's a cheap alternative to some who don't have air-conditioned offices and have to be on the roads for their work.
