Facilities maintenance and management in India: A building being cleaned from the outside, with rudimentary equipment and even more basic safety precautions. The harness rope that the man is using seems to be inadequate. He could drop the plastic bucket onto a pedestrian below! So many lacunae in this procedure... At least his harness looks OK. But has he been adequately trained to use the harness and rope, with the carabiner equivalent to control his fall, we wonder...? He does have a very nice vacuum cup device, so he's not totally ill-prepared!
