30-year-old Pradeep Kumar is a self-confessed drug addict. He lives in a crowded tenement quarter with his parents and other family members in the Kamala puri colony in West Delhi. His drug habit was an expensive luxury. During one such visit to the blood bank, he is now willing to sell one of his eyes and he can get one and a half rupees for it.
