The North East Festival, Masterclass and Food event was held from November 12–14, 2021, in New Delhi. A red-carpet walkway leads to a stage, with rows of white chairs, decorated tables and event lighting. Food stalls include Meijong Khasi Cuisine from Meghalaya, while a Central Cottage Industries Emporium stand displays Northeast crafts including bamboo and cane work, Mekhela Sador and mulberry silk sarees. The entrance features a marigold-decorated arch, security screening, and festive lighting, with the event organised in association with India Food Tourism.
