Shimla is the capital of Indian state Himachal Pradesh. Shimla was the summer capital of India during British rule. Mall road is the popular tourist destination in India since Britisher rule. Everday local band of Shimla entertains the tourists with their melodies. Most of the houses in Shimla reflects the imperial British architecture Viceregal Lodge is now Indian Institute of Advanced Studies. A house made in the style of Elizabethan and Scottish baronial, Christ Church made in 1857 and hotels made in the early 20th century take the visitors back to British India.
