Police arrests Akbar Bhat and Shahnavaz, terrorists of Harkat ul-Ansar in Delhi - archival

Police arrested and presented the two terrorists Akbar Bhatt and Shahnavaz of Harkat ul-Ansar organization in Patiala House Court in New Delhi. The court sent Shahnavaz to jail but Akbar Bhatt remains on police remand for ten days. According to Police, Akbar Bhatt was trained under ISI and he entered India to disturb the environment of Delhi during elections. These two terrorists were arrested near the zoo in Delhi. They were carrying ten and a half Kilos of R. D. X., two pencil timers and one wireless set.
