This place is perfect example of unity in diversity where Hindu and muslim workers make incense sticks together. Incense making is an ancient art and handicraft. Each stick is expertly rolled by local village women, helping to support their livelihood and continue a timeless cultural tradition. Indian women working in an incense factory to make agarbatti. They roll bamboo sticks with charcoal powder and adhesive. The sticks are then sun-dried before they are dipped into aromatic liquids. The incense will eventually make its way into homes, offices and temples all over the world.
