Indian workers at the Hero ITES call center in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) revolution seems to have now by-passed India and moved to countries such as Philippines. Cities such as Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune and Gurgaon were the first to benefit from the influx of outsource work from the west, into India, where labour and facilities were less expensive.
