The fourth King of Bhutan, Jigme Singye Wangchuck can be seen wearing a yellow kabney which is only worn by the king of Bhutan and the chief abbot of the country (Chief abbot: The Je Khenpo). Tashichho Dzong is located in the capital city of Bhutan, Thimphu. All the cabinet ministers and the king of Bhutan holds his special meeting with his cabinet at Tashichho Dzong, Thimphu and certain special festivals are at times celebrated at Tashichho Dzong. People of Bhutan can be seen wearing different colours of kabneys such as blue, red, maroon and white kabneys as it holds different significance. Normal people and the government officers wear the white kabney, monks wear the maroon kabney, blue kabney are worn by the high officers and red kabneys are worn by lyonpo's (ministers).
