A labourer in Gujarat's Una tehsil is fighting a losing battle to ensure that his obese children lead a normal and healthy life, so-much-so that to afford their expensive treatment he is willing to even sell his kidney off. Like all parents, Rameshbhai Nandwana and his wife are committed towards the health and well-being of their three children whose dietary expenses they are struggling to meet. Their eldest — 5-and-a-half-year-old daughter Yogita weighs 33.5 kilograms. Their second daughter — four-year-old Aneesha weighs 47 kilos and their youngest child — one-and-a-half-year-old Harsh weighs a whopping 15 kilos.
