Aster making Aakrosh and Ardh-Satya Govind Nihalani tries his luck to make commercial cinema. Govind Nihalani speaks about making a commercial film. He says, "With this form, the advantage I will have the access to a greater audience which is important because filmmaking is a very expensive medium. I interact with a larger number of people and in the process, it makes possible for me to make my film." Ajay Devgan, Amreesh Puri, Rahul Bose, Om Puri, Tabu are seen in the leading characters in the film.
