Fisherwoman carries a bucket and fishing nets to the shores of Sunderbans joining her co-workers on a boat to catch prawns. Women of Satjelia village catch prawns and men catch fish in the Sundarbans. The boat is then pushed away from the shore into the water, all set to go fishing! The women expose themselves to great danger by entering the water they are vulnerable to these water creatures like stingrays and snakes. They are also vulnerable to crocodile attack and prone to different types of skin diseases caused due to saltwater and Sun. Nothing stops these ladies from collecting prawn with pride in their cotton handloom sarees with small handmade nylon nets.
