Workers at a diary farm measure and collect milk at a counter for sale. Nevertheless, along with other agriculture production progresses, the dairy sector in India provides a beacon of hope to millions of rural workers. At the Maharishi Dayanand Gaushala in Delhi, milk is retailed to consumers, after being strained into a large container to avoid solid particles admixing with the milk. Once taken home, the milk is boiled and strained once again before consumption. Maharshi Dayanand Gosamwardhan Kendra has more than 800 cows in a 12 acre land in Ghazipur on Delhi-UP border.
