Pratima Devi's dog shelter demolished by Municipal Corporation of Delhi. Pratima Devi takes care of 400 dogs near PVR Anupam complex in Saket. Pratima Devi speaks about dog shelter's demolition. She says, "I wasn’t given a notice. I was given 20 minutes to vacate they took away all my belongings, the cages of the dogs and their beds. The dogs are terrified and many haven’t returned. There was no woman police… just men and they dragged me out of the house. My body hurts, I am sick. I have been living with at least 300 stray dogs for over three decades, but I’ve never had any complaints. They are sensitive to my moods more than fellow human beings.
