Anupam Kher on his Acting Institute: "It has been a year and a half since I inaugurated my acting institute. With every batch, 22-23 students pass out. We want to keep the student's data so that when a casting hour wants to hire actors, we can recommend them. When I started searching for film work, I was a National School of Drama diploma holder, I found it tough to find work. There was no place I could go to to drop off my pictures.
