An Indian woman begs using a five legged cow as her usp or marketing tool. The cow has an extra limb attached to her back. She conveniently uses a hump on the cow's back to store her coins and exhort passersby to add to her modest horde. There is a superstition that if a pregnant woman touches the extra limb of a cow then she give birth to a baby boy.
