Urban city, cosmopolitan or whatever name you give but New Delhi streets never cease to surprise you. A religious man marching with his Nandi fortune-telling bull on the streets of Delhi during peak hours seems to pull one back to centuries ago except that the owner has a mobile phone. The cattle on the streets, bicycle peddlers with huge loads on the carts are just normal alongside the fancy cars and motor vehicles.
