This rare archival footage features veteran actor and filmmaker Satish Kaushik sharing heartfelt memories and admiration for Subhash Ghai, whom he respectfully calls “the Showman of Bollywood.” Satish Kaushik recalls that even before he entered the Hindi film industry, Subhash Ghai was already a towering and influential figure in Bollywood. Reflecting on the 1980s, Satish Kaushik mentions that during the release of Hero (1983), he was still in Delhi and was already a great admirer of Ghai’s filmmaking. His excitement knew no bounds when Subhash Ghai later offered him a role in “Uttar Dakshin” while the film was being shot in Bangalore. This marked the beginning of a memorable professional association. Kaushik further shares his experience of working on the iconic film “Ram Lakhan”, describ
