A typical communist scene in Kolkata where some men march in protest through a street holding Communist party flags. Scene shifts to a busy street with people, a Matador cargo tempo and the famous yellow and black taxis popularly known as 'kaali-peeli' taxi. The focus is on a day in Burrabazar, a big market in Kolkata. People, perhaps laborers are seen, some wait for work and some call out to people to give side as they must be pulling a cart or trolley through the busy way. Burrabazar is a neighbourhood in central Kolkata, earlier known as Calcutta, in the Indian state of West Bengal.
