Buddhi ke baal or cotton candy being sold in non food grade plastic packets, and coloured with cheap pink chemical dyes! This is a horrifying sight considering the rate at which Corona infections are registering in India but these locals in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh do not look even the least bit worried. The throng of people is moving about their business with no masks on. Only a few of the pedestrians are seen wearing masks. Shopkeepers, shoppers are seen without masks and with no physical and social distancing. It looks like the pandemic is a hoax for this lot!
