The operation and cutting of fresh cattle fodder with a hand operated chaff cutter which is locally called Chara Katne wali machine. The wheel with cutting blades is spun by hand and cut into fine fodder while another person feeds the wheel with fresh fodder. Accidents would mean losing your fingers with this one.
