Senior police officer addresses media on a case of a journalist in Shamli, Uttar Pradesh. The incident took place after the policemen entered into an argument with a journalist when he was covering the derailment of a goods train in Shamli. The journalist has alleged that he was ill-treated by the GRP personnel and put in a lock-up.
