Children going to school is a sight which gives a strong rush of nostalgia. A small girl dressed in her school uniform leaves from her house on a bicycle. Riding through fields of Oyan village, Arunachal Pradesh, the body opens up to the morning freshness and recharges one for a new day. Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya started in 1977 and it is one of the first seven VKVs started in Arunachal Pradesh in that year. It is a co-education school. School is having Boys and Girls from class I to X. This school is up to Secondary Level, and is of residential nature with hostel facilities for boys only. OYAN School is situated 6 km away from Sille (Sub-District Headquarter). Pasighat (District Headquarter) is the nearest town which is approximately 26 km away and Murkeongselek is the nearest railway
