These fisherfolks on the banks of the Brahmaputra are preparing a fishing net, in Arunachal Pradesh. However, they are not natives of Arunachal Pradesh. Please help us identify them - are they from Assam or Bihar or elsewhere? Arunachal Pradesh is a state of India.
