In a rather strange weather phenomenon in February 2019, heavy snowfall is experienced in the north Indian city of Noida which is situated between New Delhi and Uttar Pradesh. Never before has snowfall been reported in the northern plains of India! The main expressway towards Delhi is covered in snow with commuters stopping and stepping out to touch and experience what may be the first snowfall in this planned city.
