Archival footage of Charar town, with cocks crowing, kids screaming and large Kashmiri home constructions, women and men walking around in phiran dresses and a general uneasy peace and calm. A Kashmir shopkeeper tells us how Charar e Sharif fire broke out on 10 May 1995 in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India. The militants were firing from inside and the army and BSF were firing from outside.
