"Building more weapons" - not the proper way! A speech by his Holiness The Dalai Lama at the World Festival of Sacred Music, 17th May 1999 at a convention centre. (Was this the India Habitat Center?) When asked about the World Festival, he said, "Building narrow minded nationalism is also not the proper way and increasing some kind of the fundamental religious belief is also not a proper way, and I think the proper way, I believe the world should consider as one entity, you should consider as part of your responsibility", said the spiritual leader of Tibet, Dalai Lama.
