Leopards (Panthera pardus) are smart animals when it comes to camouflage. The rocky terrain and the thorny bushes make it almost impossible to see the big cat in the open plains around Jawai in Rajasthan. See a young cat hide among the Anogeissus scrub, interspersed with tall grasses.
