When Parliament reconvened its budget session after a gap of few weeks. The focus was inevitably dissident congressmen and former Minister Mr. PR Kumaramangalam and his cut motions on the Union budget of this year. Mr. Kumaramangalam had given notice to the Lok sabha speaker with intention to table nine cut motion despite refusal of permission by the congress parliamentary party's executive body. The cut motions notified that Mr. Kumaramangalam and supported by other disgruntled members of the party created an uncertain political situation since by common parliamentary practice. The successful passage of cuts motions means the fall of the ruling government. LK Advani, PV Narasimha Rao, Murli Manohar Joshi, Laloo Prasad Yadav can be seen in the clip.
