A rough cut of the proposed film on the IBC, for Shaf and Global, for approval. In 2010, the World's Commonwealth Games were held in New Delhi, India. This was the first time that India hosted the games. The games were watched by over 2 billion people, worldwide. In order to broadcast the games, an International Broadcasting Center was created. The IBC acted as the media hub for the games that took place Oct. 3rd-14th. This year's gams were the first ever to be broadcast in full HD. The IBC was the first ever of its kind and was seen as a landmark in technical design and HD broadcasting. Watch the 2010 Commonwealth Games broadcast live from New Delhi, India October 3rd -14th.
