With heavy water flow, Bihar was taken by the floods. However young boys can be seen swimming in the floodwater more like a temporary swimming pool in the yard of a school in Champaran. Living in tents the life of a common man, more importantly, people falling below poverty line bear the brunt of such natural disasters the most.
