Group of Gentleman cadets march past in a passing out parade at the IMA in Dehradun. The vigour and dedication which is tested at the IM gives way to pride and honour at the passing out parade, which is a moment of glory. A trainee on admission to the IMA is referred to as a Gentleman Cadet. One reason for this is that the academy expects its graduates to uphold the highest moral and ethical values.
