6 pilgrim killed in lightning and thunderstorm in Ujjain, India

People here are seen clearing the collapsed tents and debris after a heavy lightning thunderstorm struck Ujjain. The hermit clad in saffron shows the effected area caused by the storm. Six persons were killed and around 40 others injured on 5th May 2016 evening when heavy rain accompanied by lightning and squall wreaked havoc at the site of the ongoing Simhatha Kumbh Mela here, flattening and uprooting pilgrims' tents.
