The Apatanis are the tribal group who live in Ziro valley in Arunachal Pradesh. This video shows the march of the apatanis where the bride is walking in front as per the custom, carrying a basket. The Apatani carriage baskets are cuboidal, whereas other tribes' are conical.All women walk in a line to go to their relative's house for the marriage ceremony. Apatani people do many ritual sacrifices in which they include chicken sacrifice etc. Apatani food consists of pork, chicken, rat, pig and their drink Apong. Apatani women wind their way through the farms and fields of the Lower Subansiri District of Arunachal Pradesh.
