Sikkim tourism department felicitating actress Geetanjali Thapa during Winter Carnival in Sikkim. Geetanjali Thapa is an Indian actress. She won the National Film Award for Best Actress (2013) for her performance in Liar's Dice Sikkim gears up for its biggest event, Sikkim Winter Carnival 2014. The Sikkim Winter Carnival 2014 was jointly organised by Sikkim Tourism and Civil Aviation and Government of Sikkim and was started on Dec 14 till Dec 19.
