1965 Indo-Pak war chronicles As part of our planned series on the 1962 and 1965 wars that India fought, we invited Colonel Baljit Singh to speak to Wilderness Films India at our New Delhi office. Hear this story of the war, in this clip! "Colonel Baljit Singh Joon is a 79 year old, Emergency Commissioned Officer from Officers Training School, Poona (Maharashtra). Belonging to a family of hard core soldiers, Colonel Baljit Singh Joon carried forward the 100 year old family legacy of serving the nation through the armed forces and joined 3rd Madras Battalion in 1964. This happens to be one of the oldest military regiments of the Indian Army. A veteran of the 1965 Indo-Pak war, Colonel Baljit Singh Joon participated in the battles fought in the Sialkot sector such as ˜Attack on Maharjke" and
