"Delhi is a cosmopolitan city, so of course the requirement is also different accordingly, we have recruited almost two hundred constables from north east and they have been doing fabulously well when they came to commando training, they all volunteered and wanted to do it and so we are so proud of them, they are doing excellently well when it comes to any sort of training" , said Monica.
