The Snow Lion Dance In Tibet the snow lion symbolized the fearless and elegant quality of the enlightened mind. When a healthy and harmonious environment is established by the creative activities of human beings, such as through the performance of sacred purification and healing music, all living beings, here represented by the snow lion, rejoice. Tibetans also include their spirituality in their dance because Buddhism is such an important part of their lives. For many years, Tibetans created religious dances to help fight against nature and enemies. Today, the Tibetan people use dance to explain their lives and express emotions.
