Bollywood film director Manmohan Desai speaks about his childhood. He says "I was a normal child born on 26th February 1937 in Bombay. I studied in St. Xavier School right from kindergarten. Good education, good school, bad student. I played cricket and was school captain. My mother gave me all the facilities to play cricket, and never made me feel the loss of my father. She gave me all the comforts - everything I wanted and needed. Manmohan Desai was a producer and director of Indian movies. Manmohan Desai was known for his family-centered, action-song-and-dance films which catered to the tastes of the Indian masses and through which he achieved great success.
