Sometimes we often get confused with Lemon and Lime. Limes have higher contents of sugars and acids than lemons do. Freshly squeezed lime juice used for many purposes and sometimes lemon juice is substituted. Lime pickles are a part of Indian cuisine (especially with morning paranthas) and people who consume vodka like having lime for the toss before drinking. This lime tree is planted in Gadhen village in Gelephu, Bhutan.
