An old African Sausage tree comes down in New Delhi city to give way for Chhatisgarh Sadan, a state house that was built in the prime heart of Delhi city, at Factory Road along the Ring Road. Although modern power tools have rendered it all but obsolete, there is sometimes no substitute for the time-honored tradition of using an axe to cut down a tree. There are several important safety issues to consider before you take an axe in hand.
