A Mahindra Scorpio SUV belonging to the assistant manager of the tea garden stands by, as he supervises the picking, packing and cleaning of tea leaf on his garden. The freshly-picked leaves will then be taken to a weighing center before being deposited in the factory. Tea garden workers sit next to their cane and wicker baskets (and plastic bags), resting and awaiting a ferry to the factory for weighing of their leaf.
