Pandemonium on the streets of Mangaluru in Karnataka during a CAA/NRC violent incident which turned ugly. The streets filled with rocks and smoke as demonstrators and police take a stance at each end of the street. Civilians are seen pelting stones towards the direction of the police in retaliation to the use of batons against the crowd. Police can be seen entering a medical shop and other shops in the market area and berating customers and also using batons on them. Police and security forces are seen using live rounds towards the direction of the demonstrators. Other policemen are also seen pelting back stone pellets towards the demonstrators.
