First he scratches his derriere, then his crotch and then one butt cheek. Ouch! Whatever happened to the idea of a public place? Does no one assume that they might be watched as they perform those embarrassing acts in a public space? Does no one care for the sensitivities of the public around them? What this man is going through must have happened to many - he is facing inner wear malfunction. In other words his undies are either tight or loose or probably itchy because of the soaring heat in Delhi. What doesn't happen often is that this poor guy is caught on camera. While the camera is at work, this guy is at his own work. Waiting by the bus stand at the busy Safdarjung road, this guy pinches his butt and touches his crotch in public.
