Ants have truly powerful looking jaws and pincers, and can deliver quite a bite to unwary human beings!! See an ant colony at work - the industrious chintas are bringing in food and building their nesting colony. This summer time scene took place in our forest wherein a team of ant consumed a dead Common Mormon butterfly and reduced it to a pair of lifeless and nutrition-less wings, in no time at all.
