Sudden monsoon showers drench Delhi and bring Delhi's Safdarjung area to a halt, owing to flashfloods in the roads. Hordes of people can be seen waiting for buses and autos, to get home or to their workplace. These sudden showers surely help get the temperature down in the terrible Delhi heat and are a respite for the Delhiites, even if the hustle bustle of the metro is brought to a stop for a while.
