The bucolic and peaceful high altitude twin valleys of Phobjikha and Gangtey make for a secluded village or holiday spot for the well-heeled traveller who wants seclusion, peace, beauty and clean air and water. At the western edge of central Bhutan, these valleys play host to the migrant Black-necked Cranes in winter, and are green locales of just the sort of wonderful-ness one expects to find in Bhutan!
